We must learn to achieve harmony and balance within ourselves, once this is obtained, we are then able to achieve unity with mind, body, spirit and the universe. In this realisation, we then enter the state of oneness and totality with all things, in which we seek no more of life’s gains; for we have continuity and harmony within ourselves and with all that surrounds us. Mark Logan.
Please note that as a professional registered counsellor, I DO NOT make mention of my own spiritual knowledge or attempt to influence your own spiritual beliefs in a formal counselling session...unless specifically asked by you prior to counselling.
I must say that having the courage to place this content on my business website will bring some interesting feedback both from my professional peers and the broader public.
My first role as a counsellor was and still is, that of a life counsellor. Or some may call it Existential, Spiritual Counselling. I really dislike the word psychic, intuitive is good, so too is spiritually evolved! either way I have helped many people work through issues relating to life and death [meaning and purpose] as well as aid people on their journey in life down what some people may call the mysterious or unknown path which is known as the path of enlightenment. [transcendental learning].
“Symbol of Totality”
The Symbol of Totality is my personal design of a three extremely powerful, well-known symbols Each symbol can be broken down and discussed in relation to a philosophical view. Some cultures also use these symbols as gateways to self-realisation, ie: meditation aids.[scrying] The 3 symbols where united and designed with the intent to bring together an awareness for all people, that we are more than just a physical being made up of cells. That in fact " we are a ball of energy wrapped up in a cloth of skin"...give or take a few body systems. I view this symbol as my personal philosophy on life. And hope that it assists you on your life journey. "we are a spiritual being having a human experience" The Yin and Yang are relative forces and cannot exist without each other. Qi (chi) energy manifests in both the body and the universe in the form of two complimentary yet opposing forces, which are termed Yin and Yang. These two forces represent the dynamic interplay that makes up the finely balanced whole. The Knot
of Unity is seen to represent the quality or state of oneness and
totality with all. It signifies continuity and harmony without change. Unity
with our physical, mental and spiritual self is the ultimate goal in life. The
Circle also signifies oneness, wholeness and totality of ‘What
is’. In its infinite beginning the circle had a starting point and a point of
ending, as did the universe and all of the energies that exist with their
Knowledge, Wisdom and Love. Hence the circle encompasses the inner symbol to
make it a complete whole.
